Well hello there!

I am Melanie Kreller, the proud owner of 'Boise Custom Cakes'

I was raised on a dairy farm in Meridian, Idaho then moved around a lot!  I'm so happy to be back in the Treasure Valley.  

​

I've started and ran a successful Wedding Cake business in Napa, California when I lived there. I'm so happy to be doing what I love again!

 

I have 7 awesome kids and four grandkids!

My interests are a lot of homemaking - like sewing, canning, baking (no surprise there!) interior designing, home improvement, reading- well audiobooks while I'm crafting something else.  I also love, love camping! I could live at a campsite all summer.  I love hiking, ATVs, paddle boarding, fishing and boating.  I love being in the water.  I don't care if it's cold - I'm usually the first one in the water!

Hello!

I am Fred Kreller, husband to the amazing Melanie! I grew up in Boise and have lived in Idaho for my whole life except for a 9 year stint in Arizona. I am so glad to be back home!

I help out with the office items such as sending emails so Melanie can focus on designing and making amazing cakes. On occasion, she allows me to make batches of buttercream. :-)

I work for Arizona State University (remote) as a cybersecurity engineer, and part time as a beekeeper here in Nampa! I like to go fishing, camping, hunting, hiking or spending time at the range.
